What you'll do

• Supervise a workforce responsible for commercial building operations, maintenance, and repair
• manage corrective and preventive maintenance, funding, and unscheduled work orders
• submit monthly progress reports and weekly work-status updates
• monitor quality, safety, equipment downtime, and customer satisfaction
• complete required training and follow safety and company policies.
