Registered Client Service Associate

The associate supports Financial Advisors with sales, marketing, and daily practice operations. The role helps the team serve clients, maintain relationships, prepare reports, coordinate appointments and events, and meet service standards.

• prioritize work, track deadlines, answer phones, take messages, and schedule appointments.
