The Lineworker, First Class role is onsite in Lunenburg, MA. Compensation is $54.78 per hour. The position supports Unitil’s electric operations and its work to deliver energy safely and reliably.

What you'll do

• Perform transmission and overhead distribution linework, including substation construction and maintenance
• work on energized wires up to approximately 15 kV between conductors
• coordinate equipment and materials for electrical projects
• investigate service trouble calls and make corrective repairs
• maintain streetlighting
• assist with underground construction and maintenance
• complete field records
• teach linework methods to trainees.
