What you'll do

• Perform customer service representative duties
• promote the FiveStar customer-service approach
• assist with training representatives and communicating policies
• help maintain inventory controls, equipment, safety, and robbery-prevention practices
• support food operations
• evaluate displays, pricing, and promotional signage
• educate store employees.
