What you'll do

• Prepare lien and foreclosure documents, pleadings, motions, affidavits, and judgments
• communicate with delinquent owners and process payments
• prepare balance-due and payoff letters and estoppels
• support bank and bankruptcy actions
• ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Florida association laws
• prepare hearing materials
• and guide team assistants.
