What you'll do

• Maintain the reception area’s appearance
• greet and welcome clients and patients
• answer questions and triage client concerns
• answer calls and emails and direct them appropriately
• schedule appointments to support daily flow
• check clients in and out and process payments
• provide friendly, discreet emotional support to clients.
