What you'll do

• Manage assigned HOA communities
• coordinate and lead board, annual owner, and vendor meetings
• prepare agendas, minutes, and correspondence
• develop and oversee budgets, financial reports, reserve planning, and forecasts
• manage improvement and maintenance projects
• maintain records and compliance files
• build relationships with homeowners, board members, vendors, and contractors
• respond to community needs and concerns
• handle emergency situations and urgent issues outside normal business hours when necessary.
