First-Shift Maintenance Supervisor

The First-Shift Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Arden, NC. Pay is $30–$32 per hour. Arcadia Beverage co-packs pasteurized, cold-fill non-alcoholic and non-carbonated beverages for major retailers and food-service distributors. The supervisor leads first-shift maintenance operations, coordinates preventive maintenance and repairs, and works with other departments to reduce downtime. The role supports production goals by maintaining equipment and facilities, developing technicians, and improving maintenance processes while upholding safety, quality, and food-safety standards.
