Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Job overview

The Senior Mechanical Project Manager role is onsite in Henderson, NV. Compensation is $130,000–$180,000 per year. The role leads commercial mechanical construction projects involving HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal. The project manager oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing financials, procurement, coordination, and jobsite safety and quality. The role also mentors project staff and builds working relationships with general contractors, owners, and engineers to support successful project delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead a portfolio of large commercial mechanical projects, including design-build and plan-and-spec work
• manage budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing, and margin
• drive buyout, procurement, and subcontract negotiations
• manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and claims
• mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers
• build relationships with general contractors, owners, and engineers
• oversee MEP coordination using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
• champion jobsite safety and quality.
