Service Desk Engineer II

Job overview

What you'll do

• Own Tier 2 escalations for hardware, software, and connectivity
• administer Microsoft Intune policies and application deployment
• manage Entra ID access and user lifecycle
• support onboarding and offboarding
• provision contractors and conduct access reviews
• coordinate vendor break/fix and RMA issues
• track IT assets
• maintain support documentation
• improve service desk tools and processes
• and mentor Service Desk Engineer I teammates.
