What you'll do

• Set up tables and dining areas
• prepare meals under the guidance of a dietary manager or cook
• clear dining areas and collect plates and utensils after meals. Dispose of leftovers and garbage, clean food stations, wash dishes and cooking equipment, monitor ingredient stock and inventory, and help maintain kitchen equipment. Follow sanitation, food-safety, and infection-control procedures and work with dietary and kitchen staff.
