What you'll do

• Coordinate subcontractor, material, and supplier procurement
• review plans, specifications, RFIs, and estimates
• manage project budgets, schedules, permits, submittals, and change orders
• coordinate with general contractors, field teams, suppliers, and company leadership
• conduct job-site visits
• monitor costs, productivity, invoices, and billings
• communicate project updates
• complete post-job reviews and closeout.
