Chief Medical Officer — Hematology and Clinical Development

What you'll do

• Lead clinical development strategy for the precision medicine portfolio
• guide translational strategy, clinical pharmacology, dose optimization, biomarkers, endpoints, and evidence generation
• lead medical interactions with health authorities and prepare for IND submissions
• oversee safety governance, medical monitoring, pharmacovigilance, and benefit-risk assessment
• partner with research, nonclinical, CMC, clinical operations, regulatory, and commercial colleagues
• build external medical relationships and represent the company with stakeholders.
