What you'll do

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns, extensions, and estimated tax payments.
• Support quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision calculations and financial reporting.
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze tax implications.
• Assist with tax audits, examinations, and responses to taxing authorities.
• Support tax aspects of acquisitions and reorganizations.
• Identify and implement process improvements for tax reporting.
