What you'll do

• Mentor and schedule work for junior engineers, designers, and CAD operators
• serve as customer point of contact for projects and customer satisfaction
• perform and direct substation engineering design
• perform engineering calculations and use design software and manuals
• prepare complex project documents and review drawing sets
• supervise and train Project Engineers I and II
• support company safety standards.
