What you'll do

• Help recruit, coach, and develop the team
• model service standards and personalized guest service
• support opening and closing, cash handling, payroll, loss prevention, and inventory
• review key performance indicators and sales strategies with the Store Manager
• support local events and partnerships
• and educate guests and teammates about sustainability initiatives.
