What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• complete resident service requests and handle after-hours emergencies

• keep grounds and buildings well-maintained, safe, and compliant with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• manage tools, equipment, and inventory.
