What you'll do

• Coordinate and oversee clinical services and therapeutic programs for preschool-aged children with disabilities
• collaborate with educators, therapists, and families on individualized care plans
• monitor and document child progress, clinical outcomes, and service delivery
• serve as a contact among clinical staff, families, and external providers
• ensure compliance with regulations and licensing requirements
• facilitate team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
• support intake and coordinate evaluations.
