The Teacher / Early Childhood Educator role is onsite in Essex Junction, VT, and pays $20–$25 per hour. Reach For The Stars is a licensed, four-star childcare center with a play-based, child-centered program that supports children as they prepare for kindergarten and beyond. The educator creates a safe, nurturing classroom and designs play-based learning experiences. By observing children and adapting activities to their interests and developmental needs, the teacher supports their developmental, social, and emotional growth and builds positive relationships with families and coworkers.
