What you'll do

• Originate and close private lending, BPL, and DSCR loans
• develop and maintain an established book of business and investor relationships
• self-source business and use company leads to supplement production
• manage the pipeline through closing
• and build market presence through prospecting, events, meetups, and industry conferences. The posting expects travel to conventions and conferences and weekly attendance at local real estate investor meetups.
