What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
• update patient histories and client information
• check clients in and out and process invoices and payments
• fill prescriptions and assist with product requests
• communicate patient needs and client concerns to veterinary staff
• maintain patient records in practice management software
• answer questions about appointments, services, medications, and policies
• keep the reception area clean and organized
• support clients during routine visits, emergencies, and end-of-life experiences.

Why this role

Previous veterinary reception or hospital experience is preferred but not required. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM; Sunday closed.
