• Develop knowledge of consumer bankruptcy matters and procedures
• assist with and, as experience develops, manage bankruptcy cases
• participate in client meetings and consultations
• prepare for and attend hearings and proceedings
• explain case requirements and next steps to clients
• manage multiple matters and deadlines
• maintain documentation and client follow-up.
