What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus, portion guidelines, and dietary requirements
• follow therapeutic diet plans and special meal instructions
• support tray-line service and ensure residents receive correct meals and utensils
• maintain cleanliness and food-service safety
• monitor food quality and report issues to the Dietary Manager.
