What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase, manufacturing, software, technology, and master services agreements
• collaborate with business stakeholders on legal, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, and product issues
• advise on contract interpretation and vendor relationships
• mitigate transaction risks
• and work with Enterprise Supply Chain to improve contracting processes.
