What you'll do

• Oversee life-enrichment activities, outings, and programs
• create and lead arts, crafts, music, drama, educational, and exercise activities
• prepare monthly newsletters and activity calendars
• hire, train, and supervise assistants, coordinators, and drivers
• recruit and supervise volunteers when appropriate
• coordinate resident transportation to outside events, which may include driving a company vehicle
• assist with marketing events
• participate in department budget development
• foster family and community support.
