Shift Leader

Job overview

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Norman, OK, and pays $15–$19 per hour. The role leads the floor during shifts at Cheba Hut Toasted Subs and reports to the General Manager, working closely with the Assistant General Manager. The shift leader coaches the crew and coordinates service, food quality, safety, cleanliness, and shift execution. The role helps the restaurant meet customer expectations and operational targets while maintaining consistent standards across the team.

What you'll do

• Uphold standards for atmosphere, cleanliness, interaction, and product quality
• lead, motivate, and coach crew members
• organize shift assignments and respond to busy or short-staffed periods
• prepare prep and stock lists
• complete line checks and follow FIFO
• maintain waste logs
• ensure order accuracy and ticket times
• meet sales-per-man-hour and labor targets
• communicate with shop leadership.
