Account Specialist

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests
• build and maintain customer relationships
• process orders and coordinate fulfillment
• collaborate with Planning, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to support service levels and site KPIs
• improve knowledge of business processes and quality documentation
• identify process gaps and contribute to corrective actions and continuous improvement
• provide backup support across business segments
• maintain customer master data in the ERP system
• resolve order fulfillment, transportation, invoicing, and customer concerns
• comply with company policies, quality standards, and ethical practices.

Why this role

Requires 1–2 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, order management, or a related field; associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred. SAP or other ERP experience is preferred.
