What you'll do

• Lead ticket operations for assigned events
• build, configure, schedule, and maintain events and ticket inventory
• implement pricing adjustments
• drive ticketing technology strategy and operational improvements
• fulfill ticket requests for visiting teams, leagues, broadcast partners, sponsors, VIPs, and clients
• process internal orders and payments in Archtics
• serve as the day-to-day Ticketmaster contact
• lead financial audits and reporting
• oversee box office operations
• support CRM administration and ticketing processes
• hire, develop, coach, and mentor team members.
