What you'll do

• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and book event and catering business
• develop local corporate and community relationships
• manage inquiries, site tours, proposals, and contract follow-up
• verify contracted group banquet details
• serve as the planning contact through formal CSM turnover
• coordinate schedules, menus, dietary needs, layouts, signage, and special requests
• prepare and maintain BEOs, diagrams, schedules, and supporting records
• coordinate property-arranged vendors
• maintain Delphi records
• identify upselling opportunities and track revenue
• coordinate with hotel teams and vendors
• complete documented turnover no later than seven calendar days after the event
• review final banquet checks and assist with discrepancies.
