What you'll do

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives
• manage marketing requests, priorities, approvals, deadlines, and deliverables
• coordinate agencies and suppliers
• support community openings, promotions, events, signage, and collateral
• coordinate website, digital advertising, social media, email, CRM, and lead-nurturing work
• create and proofread content
• maintain marketing calendars and files
• monitor performance and report results
• assist with budget tracking and vendor invoices
• attend community and company events as needed.
