What you'll do

• Oversee pharmacy personnel and operations
• support policies, quality management, and regulatory compliance
• conduct patient evaluations and reassessments
• collaborate with prescribers and care teams on therapy objectives
• counsel patients and answer medication questions
• supervise or perform compounding and dispensing
• check medications and supplies before dispensing
• support procurement and inventory
• maintain pharmacy licenses as required
• participate in on-call rotation and quality assurance activities.
