What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, and train staff
• work with ownership to implement the company’s vision, values, and policies
• support children’s transitions through collaboration with parents and teachers
• serve as a liaison among parents, ownership, and staff
• guide staff in providing care and security, teaching curriculum, communicating with parents, and maintaining health and safety standards
• and promote professional development and a positive center culture.
