Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary HR contact
• administer attendance and performance review processes
• gather initial facts for employee relations matters and investigations
• maintain confidential records
• process transfers, wage changes, and internal postings
• maintain employee data in HR systems
• research payroll discrepancies
• administer and track leave and accommodation documentation
• support benefits questions and liaise with the benefits broker
• escalate complex matters to HR leadership.
