Service Desk Administrator

The Service Desk Administrator role is onsite in Aurora, IL, with an annual compensation range of $54,605–$65,000. The administrator serves as a first point of contact for IT requests, resolving common hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues. Reliable support, device administration, and clear ticket documentation help employees work effectively and enable escalations to Tier 2 when needed.

What you'll do

• Respond to IT support requests by phone, email, and remote tools
• troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, hardware, and Citrix issues
• image, configure, and deploy laptops using SCCM
• manage onboarding and offboarding accounts and equipment
• administer passwords, MFA, and permissions in Active Directory and Entra ID
• support printers and conference room technology
• maintain IT asset inventory
• document tickets and escalate with troubleshooting notes
• participate in an on-call rotation.
