What you'll do
- Monitor and interpret federal, state, and international regulatory requirements
- maintain records of applicable materials regulations by product and jurisdiction
- communicate requirements and assess emerging regulatory impacts
- lead compliance projects with Engineering, Procurement, and Legal
- coordinate supplier declarations, certifications, registrations, and supporting documentation
- partner with Product Development on substitute materials or design changes
- respond to customer compliance inquiries
- report status and risks to leadership
- build familiarity with playground equipment standards.
