What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, parking areas, grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas
• respond calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances
• assist with visitor direction and access procedures
• document patrol observations and incidents and communicate with leadership and site contacts.
