• Manage recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding

• advise stakeholders and share market intelligence
• support employer branding, recruiting events, diversity initiatives, and workforce planning
• maintain ATS records, ensure hiring-process compliance, track recruiting metrics, and identify process improvements.
