What you'll do

• Prospect for new owner-direct business
• build relationships with building owners and facility teams
• manage and grow a book of business through renewals, expansion, and retention
• conduct site visits and assessments
• develop scopes with Operations and Estimating
• prepare proposals for maintenance agreements, replacements, upgrades, and retrofit projects
• maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and pipeline
• partner with service, project management, estimating, and purchasing teams.
