The Corporate / Technology Associate Attorney role is onsite in Redwood City, CA. Compensation is $225,000–$260,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The attorney will join a global law firm serving the technology and venture capital ecosystem. The role advises technology companies, founders, venture capital funds, growth equity firms, and other institutional and strategic investors across the business lifecycle. Through corporate, private equity, venture capital, and strategic transactions, the attorney contributes to client matters while developing a broad-based practice and collaborating with attorneys across the firm’s technology and private capital practice.

What you'll do

• Advise technology companies, investors, and entrepreneurs on corporate and transactional matters
• work on private equity and venture capital transactions
• counsel clients through different stages of the business lifecycle
• collaborate with attorneys across the technology and private capital practice
• develop exposure to emerging companies, venture capital, growth equity, and strategic transactions. Qualifications include outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly, and a required deal sheet.
