What you'll do

• Welcome members
• provide service information in person, by phone, and through electronic requests
• process deposits, withdrawals, money orders, official checks, and other transactions
• respond to member questions and complaints
• promote products and services based on member needs
• reconcile cash drawers or recyclers
• assist with appointments
• research transaction discrepancies
• review account documents
• maintain product and policy knowledge
• work hours that include Saturdays.
