What you'll do

• Oversee all phases of home construction
• ensure homes meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule and within budget
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
• maintain a safe, clean, compliant job site
• communicate with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams
• review blueprints, construction documents, and job scopes
• manage materials, schedules, budgets, and variance reports
• coach trade partners and mentor team members.
