What you'll do

• Provide strategic legal counsel on environmental, health, and safety laws and regulatory frameworks
• help manage environmental litigation, enforcement actions, and administrative proceedings
• advise on environmental compliance, permitting, and enforcement
• support reporting and budgeting
• advise on environmental due diligence, permitting risk, and liability in transactions and project development
• monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership
• assist with SEC disclosures and similar corporate reporting.
