What you'll do

• Manage month-end close for affordable housing and multifamily properties
• prepare and review reconciliations, general ledger activity, financial statements, and reports
• analyze results and resolve discrepancies
• explain variances and trends
• develop cash flow projections
• support audit preparation and reporting
• and monitor compliance with affordable housing regulations, tax credit requirements, and government funding programs.
