Sales Director, Material Handling

What you'll do

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy with senior leadership
• set quarterly goals and quotas for field sales managers and sellers
• monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• identify cross-selling opportunities across pallet rack, conveyor, automation, docks and doors, and forklifts
• establish and manage the regional annual budget
• recruit and hire approved sales staff
• onboard and train the team on products, CRM, sales processes, and practices
• monitor and report sales KPIs through CRM.
