Tort Litigation Attorney

What you'll do

• Assist partners with pretrial litigation, case theory development, fact and expert discovery, and motions practice
• take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in trial work as applicable
• handle civil actions involving death, catastrophic injuries, product liability, medical malpractice, and ordinary negligence.
