Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The Haul Unit Operator role is an onsite position based in Middleville, NY. 00 to $25.00 per hour, and this role supports the production operations of Heidelberg Materials. This role exists to ensure the safe and efficient transport of materials throughout the site. The operator is responsible for inspecting equipment, maintaining consistent material flow between loading and dumping areas, and adhering to all safety protocols to contribute to the site's operational goals.

What you'll do

• Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the site.
• Inspect equipment before use and report any issues promptly.
• Support production by maintaining consistent material flow between loading and dumping areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily operations.
