The Behavior Technician — Play-Based Therapy role is onsite in San Diego, CA, with compensation of $20.57–$27.60 per hour. Cortica’s team provides care for children with neurodevelopmental differences through a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach. The technician delivers individual and group behavior-analytic services, implements positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, and documents session data to support treatment goals. The role collaborates with families and supervisors to build supportive environments and help children develop skills across home, school, and community settings.

What you'll do

  • Provide one-to-one and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
