What you'll do

• Oversee multiple large-scale multifamily HVAC and plumbing projects from startup through completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, cost controls, contracts, scopes, drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate field teams, manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, suppliers, and project sequencing.
• Track financial performance, lead project meetings, resolve installation and coordination issues, mentor project staff as needed, and ensure documentation and closeout requirements are met.
