What you'll do

• Meet with clients to understand employment goals
• assess skills and experience and match them to job opportunities
• coach job-search techniques, interview preparation, and resume development
• provide one-on-one training, skills assessments, and onsite job instruction
• coach communication and self-advocacy
• document client progress
• and build relationships with employers and human-service agencies.
