What you'll do

• Operate tractor-trailers and other assigned commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT and FMCSA requirements
• transport healthcare-related materials between designated locations
• handle temperature-sensitive, fragile, and time-sensitive shipments appropriately
• inspect vehicles
• load and secure freight using a manual pallet jack and other equipment
• verify shipment details and documentation
• maintain chain-of-custody and delivery records
• communicate with dispatch and customers
• report delays, damage, or security issues
• maintain vehicle cleanliness and required DOT logs
• comply with hours-of-service, HIPAA, and safety requirements.
